That means we can sequence electrical, water, gas, sewer and comms in a common trench, open traffic management once, and compress your programme by weeks against split contracts.

Underground Electrical
Electrical reticulation civil works.
We deliver the civil works for electrical reticulation — trenching, conduits, pits and substation bases — to the distributor's standard. Cable installation, jointing and energisation are carried out by appropriately licensed and accredited contractors and the relevant distributor.
Conduits are installed at the right depth, separation and bedding for the cable that's going in next. Pits land level with the pavement. Cable pulling is planned with reels, winch and lubrication ready before the truck arrives.
Communications & NBN
FTTP and pit-and-pipe to nbn co specification.
Pit-and-pipe networks delivered under the nbn co Practices and Procedures — installed, hauled and recorded for first-time acceptance.
We sequence comms with electrical, gas and water in the common trench so traffic management is opened once, not five times. Public communication is managed with the authority and notified to residents before works start.
Water Mains
DN100–DN600 mains, pressure-tested and chlorinated.
Reticulated and trunk water main works — ductile iron, PE and PVC — installed, pressure tested, swabbed and chlorinated to the relevant retailer's standard, in coordination with appropriately licensed and accredited contractors.
Live main connections are planned with the authority, with notifications to the affected residents and businesses ahead of time. Shutdowns are minimised, communicated and held to schedule.
Sewer & Pressure Sewer
Gravity and pressure sewer mains and rising mains.
From shallow gravity reticulation to deep boring under arterial roads, we deliver sewer networks to the relevant retailer's standard, with CCTV records provided.
Pressure sewer systems and rising mains are pressure tested, air tested and commissioned with the pump station provider so the system goes live in one coordinated event.
Gas Reticulation
Gas main civil works.
Trenching, bedding, conduit and reinstatement for reticulated gas mains and property services, delivered in coordination with appropriately licensed and accredited gas contractors and the relevant authority.
Regulator stations, valve pits and meter assemblies are installed to the authority's standard drawing — and signed off on the first inspection.
Fire Services Infrastructure
Hydrants, boosters and fire mains, tested and certified.
Fire service mains, hydrants, booster assemblies and tank connections — delivered to AS 2419 with hydraulic certification on handover.
We work alongside the building hydraulic contractor so the boundary connection lines up with the in-building service, valves are accessible, and brigade booster access meets the brigade's standard.
Service Relocations & Authority Interface
Live services moved without taking the city offline.
Brownfield projects need live services relocated around new structures with minimal outage. We plan shutdowns with the authority, run change-overs at night where required, and prove the new service before cutting the old one.
Every relocation is locatable, surveyed and as-built. We hand back to the authority a record they can manage 20 years from now.
