Bulk earthworks & lot formation
Cut/fill balance, lime-stabilised subgrade, engineered fill certified to AS 3798 Level 1 with lot pads to ±25 mm.
Roads, kerb & channel
Full pavement build to VicRoads spec — subgrade prep, unbound base, asphalt or spray-seal, extruded or slip-formed kerb, footpaths and crossovers.
Underground services
Sewer, water, stormwater, recycled water, gas, power (Powercor/Ausnet) and NBN — coordinated with a single utilities lead across every authority.
Public open space
Wetlands, drainage reserves, playgrounds, landscape prep and street tree pits handed over council-ready.
Statement of Compliance package
Every lot delivered with a full SoC pack — as-builts, WAE certificates, CCTV of drainage and authority sign-offs.

Can Qube deliver a Statement of Compliance without a separate consultant?+
Yes. Our project engineers own SoC end-to-end — WAE drawings, CCTV, compaction certificates and authority approvals are compiled as we build, not after.
Do you self-perform underground services?+
Sewer, water, stormwater and conduit civil works are self-performed. Live utility jointing and energisation are coordinated with appropriately licensed and accredited contractors and the relevant authority.
